Rebate Form & Submission
Download and complete the mail-in rebate form after your installation is complete. All rebate terms, instructions, and submission details are included in the form. Be sure to read carefully before submitting.
To receive your rebate, you must include the following with your rebate form:
- Copy of your original, dated sales receipt(s) showing the air spring kit and/or the on-board air compressor system. Receipt must show installation cost.
- Original UPC label cut off the boxes (do not send the shipping label - this will not be accepted).
